This one day program is to allow you to discover meditation and how to bring it into your life.

You will learn easy tools & techniques that can also be applied at home to enhance your current practice or develop a new personal practice.

Different aspects of your meditation can help in all areas of life.

In a modern world that values activity, achievements and results, it is important to include meditation into our daily routines to balance this activity of modern society, with our fundamental need for silence, inner peace, and a moment of reflection.

Meditation can reduce stress and help us relax; but, it can also give us a lot more, including improved health, being able to control your thoughts, detachment, happiness, peace of mind, concentration, spontaneity, creativity, discovering the purpose of life.

Throughout the day we will be covering breath work (pranayama), white light, journey, visualization and imagination.

We will have open discussion and you will also receive a work book on the day to take home with you.

So come meditate with us for an enjoyable day of transformation!

Jodie will be your teacher and has been meditating for 14 years and teaching for over five. She is a Reiki Master and an intuitive reader and healer, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, Timeline Therapist, Aromatherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and a Reflexologist. She brings a wealth of knowledge to help heal mind, body and soul.
