General Information
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your treatment. This will ensure we can make full use of your reserved treatment time. Enjoy a herbal and relax before we begin.
Late Arrival
Please plan your treatment with us carefully. If you arrive late, all treatments will finish at the allocated time so as not to inconvenience the following guests. The full treatment cost will be charged.
Mobile Phones
To ensure we maintain our relaxing, peaceful environment please turn your mobile phone off before entering the centre.
Reservations
When reserving a treatment time in excess of 2 hours, credit card details will be taken to secure the booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment please give at least 12 hours notice. Salon packages exceeding 2 hours, canceled within this time will incur a 50% fee. We understand that situations can arise which result in a missed appointment or late cancelation, however after 2 such instances we will require prepayment for your treatment.
Children
We understand it can be difficult to organise carers, even for short visits. However, for the relaxation both of yourself and other clients please do not bring children under the age of 10 into the salon unless receiving a treatment for themselves.
Payment
We accept payment by EFTPOS, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa for payments over $20. Any purchase under this $20 must be cash only.
Gift Vouchers
A convenient and thoughtful gift for any occasion. Choose a specific treatment or money value to complete a nicely presented gift.
Purchase in person or by phone or online and all are valid for 3 months.
If you are purchasing on-line and would like multiple treatments on the one voucher, simply enter a dollar value to the total amount then type the treatment names into the space provided.
